Shamrock Rosettes is Ireland’s premier manufacturer and distributor of rosettes, sashes and badges. We provide awards for Ireland’s top equestrian, agricultural, canine and sporting events and also supply to a variety of clubs and associations worldwide.
We also design and manufacture to order for corporate and promotional activities. In addition, we provide a range of show sundries that include sashes, badges, and competitor cards.
Every year we manufacture tens of thousands of customised rosettes, sashes and badges. We source high quality raw materials locally where possible and otherwise from reputable suppliers in the UK, Europe and China. Also, whenever possible we use recycled materials. We care about our environment and, it saves you money.
We take great pride in what we do. Each of our products is manufactured to the highest specification at our custom-designed facility in Clonshaugh Business & Technology Park in North Dublin.

A Social Enterprise
Shamrock Rosettes™ is part of the Speedpak Group, an award winning social enterprise that provides commercial work experience and industry-led training to long term unemployed people on Dublin’s Northside.
Our Vision is to build our business to provide work opportunities to end long term unemployment.
Speedpak Group operates two successful manufacturing and logistics businesses – Shamrock Rosettes and Speedpak Contract Services – that offer trainees valuable work experience and training opportunities in a real commercial environment.
We engage with local industry to identify its talent needs. We then align our training programmes to reflect industry requirements and build a pipeline of local opportunities for our training staff.
We match local talent with available jobs to provide our trainees with greater financial independence and job resilience. This combination of trading and training – incorporating mentoring and tailored supports – has been transforming lives for over 25 years in Dublin’s Northside.

We focus on providing top quality products, service and customer care to the hundreds of customers that we serve through our two commercial businesses.
These operations generate approximately 50% of our income through delivering contracted services and selling products in a competitive marketplace while providing a real commercial working environment for our trainees.
Our customers include Bewleys, Quertee, Zeus, Bunzl, TP Whelehan, RDS Dublin Horse Show, Johnson & Johnson, Clondalkin Pharma, Irish Pony Club, Tullamore Show and the Irish Kennel Club.
Our public investors include the Irish Department of Social Protection and POBAL for whom we are contracted to provide labour market and wage subsidy programmes. The Northside Partnership, who founded Speedpak, contract us to provide specialist training and support.
Speedpak benefits from the generosity of a number of primary investors who provide key financial support and loan finance for specific expenditure and programmes. We work with these companies to form a mutually beneficial relationship whereby they achieve their social ambitions through our impact.
Our investors include JP Morgan Chase Foundation, Allergan, The Arthur Guinness Fund and The Ireland Funds.
We are a social enterprise that strives through learning and hard work to provide the best outcomes for all stakeholders.

- the provision of expertise, goods and services to us for free or at reduced rates as part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment
