Welcome to Shamrock Rosettes. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Shamrock Rosettes ("we", "our", "us") supplies high-quality rosettes, sashes, ribbons, trophies and related products to clubs, organisations, businesses and individuals.

2. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised.
• Pricing or product information is incorrect.
• A product becomes unavailable.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Custom & Personalised Orders

Many of our products are manufactured to customer specifications.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Personalised rosettes
• Printed ribbons
• Sashes
• Bespoke colours
• Custom logos
• Event branding

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spellings, dates, colours, artwork and specifications supplied are correct before production begins.

Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed without notice.

We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; however, if an obvious pricing error occurs we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Product Images & Colours

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However:

• Colours may vary between computer monitors and mobile devices.
• Ribbon shades may differ slightly between production batches.
• Images are for illustration purposes only.

Minor variations do not constitute faults.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Courier delays
• Supply shortages
• Public holidays
• Severe weather
• Circumstances beyond our control

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information.

8. Missing or Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If goods arrive damaged or items are missing, please notify us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate we will:

• Replace damaged goods
• Supply missing items
• Offer a repair or refund where required

Photographs of damaged goods may be requested.

9. Returns

Under Irish and EU consumer legislation, consumers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods. This statutory right does not usually apply to personalised or made-to-order products.

To qualify for a return:

• Goods must be unused.
• Goods must be in their original packaging.
• Goods must be suitable for resale.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method after returned goods have been inspected.

10. Faulty Goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a genuine fault exists we will repair, replace or refund the goods in accordance with Irish consumer law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

• Logos
• Images
• Product photography
• Designs
• Graphics
• Text
• Artwork

remains the property of Shamrock Rosettes unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

12. Customer Artwork

Where customers provide logos, artwork or images for personalised products:

• You confirm you own the necessary rights or have permission to use them.
• You indemnify Shamrock Rosettes against any claims arising from copyright or trademark infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shamrock Rosettes shall not be liable for:

• Indirect loss
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods concerned.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.

14. Website Use

You agree not to:
